摘要
综述了国内外近年来益生菌生物转化中药的研究进展。益生菌生物转化中药后化学成分的研究主要集中在对单一成分的结构修饰、产生新的活性成分、改变中药有效成分的含量方面。益生菌生物转化中药提取物、单味药、中药复方后使其生物活性发生明显改变。益生菌生物转化中药正成为中药创新和中药现代化研究的有效途径。
This paper reviewed the progress of probiotics biotransformation Chinese medicine in recent years. Study on the chem- ical composition of probiotic biological transformation of traditional Chinese medicine mainly focused on the content, structure modification of single component, producing active ingredients and content of effective ingredients. Biological activity of herbal ex- tracts, single herb medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound biotransformated by probiotics changed greatly. Probiotics biotransformation of Chinese medicine is becoming the effective way to study Chinese medicine innovation and modernization of tra- ditional Chinese medicine.
