摘要
目的:观察生长抑素联合云南白药对急性下消化道出血的临床疗效及对血流变的影响。方法:2010年4月—2013年4月78例急性下消化道出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。两组患者均接受全静脉营养支持,抗感染及补液等基础治疗。对照组患者采用静脉滴注生长抑素进行止血,观察组患者采用静脉滴注生产抑素及口服云南白药胶囊进行止血,疗程均为3 d。治疗前及治疗后对两组患者的血流变指标进行检测,治疗结束后对临床疗效进行评价。结果:观察组患者有效率为87.18%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前对照组和观察组血流变指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后对照组患者上述血流变指标与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者血流变指标均较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:生长抑素联合云南白药对急性下消化道出血的临床疗效显著,与改善患者血流变指标有关。
Objective ： To study the efficacy of Somatostatin combined with Yunnan Baiyao Capsules to treat acute hem- orrhage of lower digestive tract and their effect on hemorheology, Methods ：78 patients with acute hemorrhage of lower di- gestive tract, who visited our hospital in April 2010 -April 2013, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and there were 39 cases in each group. Cases in both groups received basic treatment, including parenteral nutri- tion, anti -infection treatment and fluid infusion. Cases in control group received intravenous Somatostatin besides the basic treatment, and cases in treatment group received intravenous Somatostatin and oral Yunnan Baiyao Capsules besides the basic treatment. The duration of treatment in both groups was 3 days. Hemorheology in both groups was determined before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy in both groups was evaluated after treatment. Results ： The effective rate in Treatment group was 87.18%, which was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The indicators of hemorheology in control group were not significantly different compared with those in treatment group before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. The indicators of hemorheology in control group did not change significantly before and after treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The indicators of hemorheology in treatment group increased significantly compared with those in control group af- ter treatment （P 〉 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Somatostatin combined with Yunnan Baiyao Capsules has effective treatment to treat acute hemorrhage of lower digestive tract, which is related to improving the hemorheology in patients.
