δ^(13)C法研究秸秆添加对棕壤团聚体有机碳的影响 被引量:22

摘要 将稳定同位素碳(δ13 C)标记的玉米秸秆添加入棕壤,在沈阳农业大学试验站进行田间原位培养,研究玉米秸秆添加对棕壤水稳性团聚体分布的影响,探索秸秆腐解过程中水稳性团聚体有机碳动态变化规律。结果表明:玉米秸秆添加不仅促进了棕壤>2 000μm水稳性团聚体的形成,提高团聚体平均重量直径(MWD),而且显著提高各级团聚体有机碳含量,并随团聚体级别增大而增大。随着培养时间的延长,棕壤的团聚能力逐渐减弱,水稳性大团聚体破碎转变成微团聚体,MWD有所降低。大团聚体中总有机碳、新碳含量均呈下降趋势,微团聚体中总有机碳、新碳含量均呈上升趋势。棕壤总有机碳与团聚体有机碳呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05)。 The field incubation experiment of brown soil incorporated with corn straw with stable isotope (δ^13C) was carried out at the experiment station in Shenyang agricultural university. The purpose was to study effects of application of corn straw on distribution of brown soil water-stable aggregates, and explore the dynamic variation of organic carbon in soil water-stable aggregates during straw decomposition. The re- sults showed that application of corn straw not only promoted the formation of )2 000μm brown soil water- stable aggregates, and improved aggregate mean weight diameter (MWD), but also significantly increased concentrations of organic carbon in levels of aggregates, increasing with the aggregate level. Brown soil ag- gregation capability gradually weakened with incubation time, which led to water-stable macro-aggregates break into micro-aggregates and MWD decline. The concentrations of total/new organic carbon showed a downward trend in macro-aggregates, while it showed a upward trend in micro-aggregates. The total soil or- ganic carbon and organic carbon in aggregates showed a significant positive correlation at P〈0.05.
