摘要
目的探讨护理质量管理在高龄患者手术护理中的应用价值。方法选择2008-06/2013-06月来作者医院接受手术治疗的高龄患者,按照随机数表法均分为两组,分别接受常规护理和规范护理,统计对比两组疗效(治愈,有效和无效)情况,对比患者对两组护理的满意程度和评分。结果治疗后,观察组治愈率(31.59%),明显高于对照组(13.16%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.75,P=0.03);观察组有效率(65.78%)与对照组(68.42%)无明显差异(χ2=1.88,P=0.15);观察组无效率(2.63%)明显低于对照组(18.42%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.22,P=0.02);观察组总有效率(97.37%)明显高于对照组(81.58%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.27,P=0.02);观察组患者对护理满意率(97.37%)明显高于对照组(76.31%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.02,P=0.01);观察组患者对护理满意度评分(96.11±3.28)分明显高于对照组(82.00±4.21)分,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.51,P=0.02)。结论完善的护理质量管理体系是提供优质的护理服务和治疗效果的重要保障,能明显提高患者治愈率和患者对护理服务的满意程度,利于建立良好的医患关系,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing quality management in surgical care of elderly patients. Methods Elderly patients from June 2008 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table method nursed by routine nursing and standardized nursing respectively. The treatment efficacy, the nursing satisfaction degree and scores were compared between the two groups. Results After treat- ment, the cure rate in the observation group （31.59%） was significantly higher than 13. 16% in the control group（χ^2 = 4. 75,P = 0. 03）. vThe efficacy rate had no significant difference in the two groups（65.78% vs. 68. 42%, χ^2 = 1.88, P = 0. 15）. Conclusion The improved care quality management system is an important safeguard to provide qualified care and treatment that can significantly improve the cure rate and patients＇ satisfaction in nursing and help to establish a good doctor-patient relationship. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
