摘要
目的观察生理盐水致手术器械锈蚀反应的现象,为选择适宜的器械保湿液提供依据。方法将120件血管钳分为4组,分别采用生理盐水接触、浸泡、纯水接触、浸泡的处理方法,分别在处理1h、2h、3h、6h、12h、24h、48h时观察血管钳锈蚀反应。结果生理盐水处理与纯水处理的血管钳锈蚀程度差异明显。经生理盐水浸泡或接触处理的血管钳锈蚀率高,锈蚀程度严重,锈蚀面积蔓延迅速;锈蚀部位集中在血管钳的齿缝和关节处。结论生理盐水对手术器械的锈蚀作用明显,且浸泡处理比接触处理的器械更快发生锈蚀;纯水对手术器械锈蚀作用弱,更适宜作为器械保湿液。手术器械使用后应立即送消毒供应中心集中处理,器械齿缝和关节部位的处理需要特别关注。
Objective To determine the corrosive effect of physiological saline on surgical instruments. Methods Totally 120 forceps were randomly assigned to four groups,including exposed to sodium Chloride physiological solu- tion,immersed by sodium Chloride physiological solution,exposed to water and immersed by water. The corrosive re- action of forceps was observed after lh,2h,3h,6h,12h,24h and 48h. Results Compared to the water group,the incidence of corrosion was higher,the corrosion was more severe and quick in the sodium Chloride physiological so- lution group. The corrosion mainly occmTed on the clamp slot and joints. Conclusion sodium Chloride physiological solution has a significant corrosive effect on surgical instruments,especially immersed by physiological saline rather than exposure. Surgical instrument should be sent to the central sterile and supply center immediately and close attention should be paid to the processing of clamp slot and joints.
