摘要
针对变质岩储层水平井酸化的特点,研制了2种具有多级电离特性的缓速酸体系。多元酸体系组成:8%多元酸DA+6%盐酸+1%缓蚀剂CT 1-2+2%铁稳剂PG-1+2%黏土稳定剂YBNW-3+0.2%破乳助排剂CF-5A;多氢酸体系组成:3%多氢酸MA+3%盐酸+3%助剂+1%缓蚀剂YBH-1+2%铁稳剂PG-1+2%黏土稳定剂YBNW-3+0.2%破乳助排剂CF-5A。研究结果表明,2种缓速酸体系具有良好的缓速及缓蚀性能,能达到深部酸化的效果,多元酸体系在大民屯凹陷静安堡油田安1-H 5井取得了良好的现场应用效果。
In view of the characteristics of the horizontal wells acidifying at metamorphic rock reservoir,two kinds of multiple ionization retarded acid systems were developed. The compositions of the polybasic acid system are: 8% polybasic acid DA + 6% hydrochloric acid + 1% corrosion inhibitor CT1 -2 + 2% ferric ion stabilizer PG - 1 + 2% clay stabilizer YBNW - 3 + 0.2% demulsification for cleanup additive CF - 5A. The compositions of the multi -hydrogen acid system are: 3% multi -hydrogen acid MA + 3% hydrochloric acid + 3% promote + 1% corrosion inhibitor YBH - 1 + 2% ferric ion stabilizer PG - 1 + 2% clay stabilizer YBNW - 3 + 0.2% demulsification for cleanup additive CF - 5A. The results of research have shown that these two retarded acid systems are good in retarding acidization effect. Good field application effect has been achieved in Oilfield of Damintun area. and corrosion inhibition and have deep An - 1 - H5 Well at depressed Jiananbao
