摘要
目的探讨鸟巢式护理在早产儿护理中的应用价值。方法选取2012年2月—2013年6月我院收治的64例早产儿作为研究对象,将其随机均分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上予以鸟巢式护理,比较两组早产儿体重及奶量变化情况。结果实验组护理前奶量为(29.35±14.18)mL/d,体重为(1835.16±415.17)g,护理后为奶量为(236.49±46.53)mL/d,体重为(2317.66±346.78)g,对照组护理前为(28.46±12.03)mL/d及(1863.24±376.25)g,护理后为(180.5449.72)mL/d及(2089.61±413.37)g,两组护理前奶量及体重比较,差异无具有统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后奶量及体重比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鸟巢式护理模式护理早产儿能有效增加奶量,避免早产儿体重下降,促进体重恢复,降低病死率,值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To explore the application value of bird＇ s nest nursing in nursing of premature infant. Methods 64 cases of premature infants admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2013 were selected as research objects, and randomly assigned into experimental group and control group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the experimental group was given bird＇s nest nursing in addition to the conventional nursing, and the changes of weights of the premature infants and volume of milk supply of the two groups are compared. Results In this experimental group, milk supply and body weight were （29.35~14.18） mL/d and（1835.16~415.17） g before nursing, while （236.49~46.53） mL/d and （2317.66 ~346.78） g. The differences of milk supply volumes and body weights of the two groups before nursing treatment are not significant （P〉0.05）, but statistically significant after nursing treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion With bird＇s nest nursing mode for premature babies, the milk supply volume can be effectively increased, so as to avoid premature weight loss, promote weight recovery and reduce fatality rate. As a result, it is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
