摘要
在对国内外相关文献进行总结的基础上,分析了鲜食葡萄供应链各环节的业务流程及绩效构成的特点,从产品质量指标、经济效益指标、供应链流程指标和顾客指标等四个方面构建了鲜食葡萄供应链绩效的综合评价指标体系。
In this paper, on the basis of a review of the relevant Chinese and foreign literatures, we analyzed the business process of the various links of the table grapes supply chains and the compositional characteristics of the performance of the supply chains and on the four aspects which were product quality, economic benefit, supply chain process and customer, built the comprehensive evaluation index system of the performance of the table grapes supply chains.
