镇江市硅太阳能电池制造企业健康促进项目效果评估 被引量:3

Evaluation on effect of health promotion project in silicon solar cell manufacturing enterprises in Zhenjiang City

摘要 目的结合现场调查与问卷调查,依据职业健康监护与检测资料,分析硅太阳能电池制造企业的职业健康教育现状,评估健康促进项目效果,为同类企业设计健康促进干预方案,为实施、监测和效果评价奠定基础。方法选择2家硅太阳能电池生产企业,通过现场观察,了解企业的生产环境、生产过程情况;通过对2家硅太阳能电池生产企业的问卷调查,了解人群中各种疾病的患病情况,以及企业职工的安全卫生知识水平、工作与生活行为习惯。资料按设计方案分类分组处理,相关数据使用SPSS软件进行分析检验。结果 2家企业员工的文化程度与月平均收入之间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。且2家企业在生产工艺流程、用工环境、员工基本待遇上大体相同。而后续的员工调查结果显示,2家企业的员工在职业卫生知识知晓率、个人卫生习惯、企业健康教育方面存在差异。结论研究表明,在设计硅太阳能电池企业的健康促进管理模式时,PRECEDE—PROCEED模式具备一定的借鉴意义。 [ Objective ] Combined with field investigation and questionnaire investigation, according to the data of occupational health supervision and detection, to analyze the current situation of occupational health education in silicon solar cell manufacturing enterprises, evaluate the effect of health promotion project, provide the basis for the design of health promotion plan in analogical enterprises, and lay a foundation for the implementation, monitoring and effect assessment. [ Methods ] Two silicon solar cell manu- facturing enterprises were selected, and the production environment and production process were investigated by field observation. By the questionnaires, the survey was aiming to know the prevalence rates of different diseases, the level of knowledge about safety and health, and the working and living habits. The results were grouped according to the design scheme, and related data were ana- lyzed by software SPSS. [ Results] There were no significant differences in cultural level and monthly average income of workers be- tween two manufacturing enterprises [ P 〉 0.05 ). The production process, working environment and basic salaries of employees of two enterprises were similar. The follow-up survey showed that there were significant differences in awareness rate of knowledge a- bout occupational health, personal health habit and enterprise "s health education between two manufacturing enterprises. [ Conclusion]The study indicates that PRECEDE-PROCEED mode has a certain reference significance on health promotion man- agement in silicon solar cell manufacturing enterprises.
