包裹沉淀法制备Al_2O_3-TiO_2超细粉末及Al_2TiO_5的合成 被引量:8

Al_2O_3-TiO_2 Composite Powder and Al_2TiO_5 Ceramics by the Coating Precipitation Process

摘要 本研究以超细α-Al_2O_3和TiCl_4(化学纯)为原料,氨水为沉淀剂,采用包裹沉淀技术制备Al_2O_3-TiO_2复合粉末.实验表明,通过调节沉淀条件,可以制备出设定组成(含50mol%TiO_2)的超细均匀复合粉末;α-Al_2O_3晶种的引入,有效地防止了颗粒团聚;所得粉末经成型后的坯体,在1350℃、1h烧成时开始出现Al_2TiO_5,随烧成温度的提高,烧结体中Al_2TiO_5的生成量逐渐增加,材料的热膨胀系数变小. A type of ultrafine Al_2O_3-TiO_2 composite powder was prepared by coating precipitation method with titanium chloride in an Al_2O_3 dispersion. The experimental results show that the TiO_2 content in the ultrafine composite powder can be controlled by the precipitating condition, and the agglomeration of the particles is effectively avoided in α-Al_2O_3 dispersed medium. The Al_2TiO_5 phase appears in the pressed sample when fired at 1350℃ for 1 hour. Its amount is increased with fire temperature, meanwhile the thermal expansion coefficient of the ceramics is reduced.
