摘要
精细化管理在我国的工程监理行业实践中已得到较为广泛的应用和发展,但在正处于发展阶段的环境监理行业中却鲜见应用。通过猴子岩水电站建设的环境监理实践,分析了环境监理项目的特点和管理难点,对环境监理项目的精细化管理进行了探索,提出了环境监理项目精细化管理的具体实施步骤,总结了精细化管理理念在环境监理项目中应用的优势。可为其他工程建设项目的环境监理工作提供参考。
Currently, the fine management has been widely used in the engineering supervision work in China, but rarely ap-plied in environmental supervision work that is still in a developing stage. According to the environmental supervision practice at Houziyan Hydropower Station, the characteristics and management difficulties of the environmental supervision are analyzed, and its fine management is explored. Furthermore, the specific implement steps of environmental supervision are proposed, and the advantages of applying fine management into the environmental supervision are also summarized.
