摘要
借鉴国有企业的产权制度改革经验 ,结合我国医疗机构的特点 ,就其产权制度进行了研究 ,并提出了产权改革的必要性和几种模式。
Using the experience of property right system reform in national industry for reference, according to the characteristic of medical institution, the author studied on property right system and pointed out the necessity and modes of property right system reform.
