摘要
定子铁芯损耗试验是检验新装铁芯的绝缘和实际损耗情况,以及装配质量的重要方法。以鲁地拉电站定子铁损试验为例,介绍了铁损试验的原理、理论数值计算方法,详细阐述了定子铁损试验的现场实施步骤、试验电源选择方案分析、试验接线以及温升和温差测量方法;对试验计算方法及结果进行了分析,并论证了试验结果的准确性。
The stator core loss experiment is the important method to test the insulation of the newly installed core, the practi-cal loss and the installation quality. Taking Ludila Hydropower Station as an example, the principle and theoretical numerical simulation method of stator core loss experiment were introduced. The steps of implementing the in-situ stator core loss experi-ment were demonstrated, so were the analysis of power selection, connection and measurement of temperature rise and tempera-ture difference. The calculation method and results of the experiment were analyzed and the correctness of the experimental results was verified.
