摘要
目的观察非创伤性修复（ART）技术治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的临床疗效,为推广儿童龋病治疗方法提供参考。方法回顾性分析2010~2011年期间来我院就诊的3~10岁乳牙龋病患儿185例,共计267颗乳牙龋洞,采用ART技术进行修复,1年后随访复查。结果乳牙龋齿修复成功233颗,成功率为87.26%,失败34颗,占12.74%。结论非创伤性修复技术治疗效果明显,并能减少儿童牙科畏惧症的产生,是一种较好的治疗儿童早期龋齿的方法,值得临床推广应用。
[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effects of atraumatic restorative treatment（ART） on deciduous teeth caries for children, and to provide the reference for promoting children＇s caries disease treatment. [Methods] 185 children from 3 to 10 years old were tested with their 267 deciduous teeth cavities from 2010 to 2011 , using the ART technology to repair, 1 years follow-up review. [Results] 233 of baby teeth caries were repaired successful, the success rate is 87.26%, failure of 34, accounted for 12.74%. [ Conclusions ] The atraumatic restorative treatment effect is obvious, and can reduce the fear the generation of children＇s dental anxiety, which is a better treatment of early childhood dental caries, is worthy clinical application.
