摘要
基于成组加工中作业计划的要求,采用组间排序和组内排序两次排序优化,构造了成组加工单元待加工零件的排序优化模型根据组内与组间排序的不同特点,采用了不同的方法,组内排序是在约翰逊-贝尔曼规则的基础上应用了新启发式算法;组间排序是先将待加工零件组的排序问题转换为平衡指派问题。
Based on the demands of manufacture plan of GT machining unit,an optimum scheduling model is built up by means of two kinds of scheduling.Different methods are applied to the different scheduling according to their particular characteristics: a new inspiring method is applied to the scheduling of parts in a group based on R.Bellman rule,while for the scheduling of parts groups the scheduling problem is converted into the assignment problem before Hungary algorithm is adopted. This model proves to be an ideal solution to the scheduling of parts in GT machining unit.
