2型糖尿病患者血清Fractalkine与代谢指标相关性的分析 被引量:4

Relationship between serum fractalkine and metabolic indices in patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的探讨炎症因子Fractalkine(FKN)水平在T2DM患者不同BMI组中的变化及与代谢指标的相关性。方法纳入T2DM患者139例,根据BMI分为体重正常组(50例)、超重组(44例)及肥胖组(45例),对相关指标进行统计分析。收集研究对象一般临床资料,测定相关生化指标水平。ELISA检测血清FKN水平。结果 (1)3组间FPG、HbA1c比较差异无统计学意义。与正常体重组比较,超重组及肥胖组FKN水平升高,而HDL-C水平降低(P均<0.05)。肥胖组BP高于正常体重组,肥胖组血清FKN、ALT、TG水平高于超重组(P均<0.01)。(2)血清FKN水平与BMI(r=0.57,P<0.01)、WC(r=0.40,P<0.01)、TG(r=0.21,P<0.05)呈正相关;多元逐步回归分析结果显示,血清FKN与BMI独立相关(β=0.32,P<0.01,R2=0.40)。结论超重和肥胖是T2DM患者FKN水平升高的独立危险因素。 Objective To investigate the serum fractalkine (FKN) levels in type 2 diabetic patients with different body mass index (BMI) and to analyze the association of serum FKN with metabolic indices.Methods A total of 139 T2DM patients were enrolled.The basic characteristics and blood chemistries were determined.Serum FKN was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).According to the levels of BMI,all patients were divided into normal weight group (n =50),over-weight group (n=44) and obese group (n=45).Results Over-weight and obese group had higher FKN and lower high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) as compared with normal weight group.Fasting blood glucose and HbA1 c showed no significantly difference among three groups.Blood pressures were higher in obese group than in normal weight group(P〈0.05).Serum FKN,alanine aminotransferase and triglyceride were significantly higher in obese group than in overweight group(P〈0.05).Spearman analysis showed that serum FKN positively correlated with BMI (r=0.57,P〈0.01),waist circumference (r=0.07,P =0.39) and with serum triglyceride (r=0.21,P =0.01).Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that BMI was the independent correlated factor for serum fractalkine concentration.Conclusion Overweight and obesity are the risk factors of fractalkine in type 2 diabetic patients.
