摘要
目的探讨和分析临床心理护理小组在患者心理健康管理中的作用。方法具有心理咨询师证书的护士组成临床心理护理小组,小组成员运用心理护理知识和技能对患者进行有效的心理护理和心理干预。结果成立临床心理护理小组,通过培训加强护士的心理护理意识和心理学知识水平,使患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高,体现了以人为本的整体护理观念。结论临床心理护理小组作为一种心理护理模式,可持续提高心理护理工作质量,深化整体护理。
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of the clinical psychological nursing group on the mental health management .Methods The clinical psychological nursing group was established by quali-fied nurses ,the group members apply psychological nursing knowledge and skills to effectively give psy-chological care and psychological intervention to the patients .Results By setting up clinical psychological nursing group , the level of psychological nursing consciousness and knowledge of all the nurses are enhanced dramatically through the training , and the patients ’ satisfaction with nursing service are improved significantly ,and it reflects the overall nursing idea of taking patients as center .Conclusion As a kind of psychological nursing mode ,clinical psychological nursing group can continuously improve the quality of psychological nursing work and perfect the holistic nursing .
