保留通道法在综放面搬家倒面实践中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 综采工作面搬家倒面工艺的选择决定了施工方案的可行性和优越性,通过采用柔性树脂纤维网控制回撤工作面顶板技术,大大提高了回撤通道支护强度和安全系数;同时通过引进成套机械化回撤装备,实现了大倾角综采工作面搬家倒面安全高效。其有序的组织协调、紧密的工序衔接、简单快捷的操作、精细的施工质量、可靠的安全保证,是综采工作面搬家倒面施工工艺的一次创新和实践。回撤通道是综采工作面结束后装备搬家倒面的重要准备工作,回撤通道工艺设计的优劣直接关系到搬家倒面质量和速度。本论文叙述了1602综放工作面收尾前期工作及保留通道法的施工过程,实施效果显著,可供类似条件矿井参考。 The work of moving of full - mechanized mining is an important part in continuation of mine production,which type of selecting crafts determines the feasibility and advantages of the construction program, By using a flexible resin fiber network control retracement face roof technology, greatly improving the retracement channel support strength and safety factor. Meanwhile retracement through the introduction of mechanized equipment sets to achieve a fully mechanized mining face in high inclined plane down safely and efficiently move. Its orderly organization and coordination, convergence process closely, simple and quick operation, fine construction quality, reliable security guarantee is fully mechanized coal face moving down the construction process faces an innovative and practical. Retracement of the channel is a mechanized mining equipment moving down the face after face important preparatory work, process design retracement channel is directly related to the merits of moving down the surface quality and speed. This paper describes the 1602 fully mechanized caving face finishing the preliminary work and keep construction process pathway, implementing significant effect, mine reference for similar conditions.
