炼油厂废气“第三管网”概念和集中处理技术应用 被引量:5

摘要 介绍炼油厂废气集中处理实践、炼油厂"第三管网"概念及其应用,分析建设炼油厂废气处理场的可行性和优缺点。根据废气集中处理应用实践,如烟气、污水场废气、罐顶气等集中处理实例,提出了"第三管网"概念和要素。在高、低压燃气管网之外,建立"第三管网",其理念是将含有空气、油气等组成相近的炼油厂废气集中处置和减排。"第三燃气管网"由管道、阀件、气柜、气体净化装置、监控仪表等组成。建设废气处理场,技术上可行,经济性需要通过具体案例进行论证。其优点是集中处理、装置投资和操作费用低,有利于资源和能量回收,专业化操作管理,有利于集中、高空、达标排放;其缺点是废气输送管道投资和输送费用高,系统安全要求高,需要集中用地。 The practice of centralized treatment of refinery waste gas and the concept & the application of "third pipe system" are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages as well as the feasibility of construction of waste gas treatment plant are studied. Based upon the practice of centralized treatment of waste gas such as flue gas, waste gas from waste water treatment plant and vent gas of storage tanks, the concept of "third pipe system" and element are proposed. The objective of establishing the concept of "third pipe system' beside the low-pressure gas pipe system and high-pressure gas pipe system is to centralize the waste refinery gas containing air and oil vapor for treatment to reduce the emission. The "third pipe system" consists of pipelines, valves, gas cabinet, gas purification unit and instrument etc. The construction of waste gas treat- ment plant is proven in technology and the economics need assessment based upon the project conditions. The advantages are the centralized treatment, low capital investment and operating costs, easy energy recovery, specialized management and easy for centralized elevated standard emission. The disadvantages are high capital investment and high transmission costs, higher requirement of system safety and requirement of centralized plot area.
