地震方向对转子系统随机响应的影响

摘要 目的研究地震方向和转子不平衡与水平地震耦合随机激励对悬臂双盘转子系统随机振动的影响,对转子系统的动力参数的合理确定及随机振动控制提供了依据.方法应用虚拟激励法,通过计算机数值模拟,分析了悬臂双盘转子系统的随机响应.结果分析结果表明,水平方向地震时转子系统的随机响应相对比较强烈;地震和转子不平衡耦合随机激励对转子系统的随机振动的影响不相悖,但也不是线性叠加的关系;由于悬臂端圆盘所受到的约束相对比较差,故随机振动的响应较为强烈,主要的随机振动能量发生于低频,应该提起注意.结论利用虚拟激励的方法分析双盘转子系统的随机振动响应是可行的,分析结果对转子系统的进一步研究及提出转子系统工程实用的简化设计方法,既具有科学意义又具有实用价值. This paper studies the influence of earthquake direction and rotor unbalance as well as the random coupling excitation of earthquake in horizon to the random response of rotor system. The aim of this paper is to provide a basis to make a reasonable selection for the kinetic parameters of rotor system and find some methods to control random vibration. Applying pseudo excitation method,the random response of cantilever rotor system w ith tw o disks are analyzed by using computer numerical simulation. The analysis results show that the random response of rotor system during earthquake in horizontal direction is relatively stronger. The influence of both rotor unbalance random excitation and earthquake,tw o kinds of coupling random excitation,on the random response of rotor system is similar,but not linear-superposition. As the constraints on the cantilever end disk is relatively w eak,so the vibration is the strongest. The main vibration energy is produced in low frequency,so it should be paid attention. Using pseudo excitation method to analyze the random response of cantilever rotor system w ith tw o disks is feasible. The analysis results have both scientific significance and application values not only in further research of the rotor system but also in proposing a practical and simplified design method for rotor systems engineering.
