摘要 冠状病毒主要包括严重急性呼吸道综合征病毒、鸡传染性支气管炎病毒、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒和鼠肝炎病毒等,给人类健康和养殖业带来巨大风险,避免风险的有效手段是研制出高效安全的疫苗。病毒样颗粒是由病毒的一个或多个结构蛋白自动组装而成,但不含病毒核酸的空壳结构,具有安全性高、免疫原性好的优点,可作为冠状病毒病的候选疫苗。论文就病毒颗粒样疫苗的免疫机制、冠状病毒的结构蛋白在病毒组装和成熟中的作用、应用杆状病毒表达系统构建病毒样颗粒疫苗的优点、常见冠状病毒的颗粒样疫苗研究概况进行综述,为相关病毒颗粒样疫苗研究提供参考。 Coronaviruses include severe acute respiratory syndrome virus, avian infectious bronchitis virus, porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus,murine hepatitis virus and so on,which give great risk to human health and animal industry. Developing efficient and safe vaccine is an effective means of controlling this risk. Virus-like particles (VLPs) are composed of one or more viral structural proteins which can assemble automatically and doesn't contain viral nucleic acid. VLPs are safe and have good immunogenicity, so they can be used as vaccine candidates of coronaviruses. In the present paper the immunologic mechanism of VLPs vaccines, the function of coronavirus structural protein in virus assembly and maturation, the advan- tages of construction of VLPs vaccines using baculovirus expression system and the common coronavirus VLPs vaccines were reviewed in order to provide a reference for the study of the concerned VLPs vaccines.
