循环microRNA在冠心病中功能的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类真核生物内源性小分子单链RNA,通过与靶mRNA特异性结合来调节基因表达,其表达具有组织特异性。功能学研究发现miRNA参与冠心病的众多病理生理过程。最近研究发现miRNA不仅在循环血中以微泡、外核体、调亡小体及蛋白复合物等形式能稳定存在,而且具有样本易于采集、保存期长及检测手段简便等特点,临床应用价值也更明显,已成为冠心病生物标志物研究的热点领域。现就循环miRNA在冠心病的发病机制、疾病诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面的关系及其作为生物标志物的应用前景进行综述。
