摘要
直动式电磁铁作为一个动力元件,经常为液压控制系统开闭电磁阀用,它的推力与位移特性是最重要的指标。通过参考其他电磁铁的测试方法,提出了一种基于步进电机驱动,MATLAB程序绘图的电磁铁力与位移特性测试系统。该系统由安装支架、传感器、数据采集卡和控制、绘图程序组成。该系统采用计算机辅助控制及绘图,自动化程度高,结果准确,为阀用电磁铁的选型和测试提供了辅助工具。
Direct-acting electromagnet as a dynamic element, often for the opening and closing solenoid valve in the hydraulic control system, its force and displacement characteristics is the most important indicators. By reference to other electromagnet testing methods, this paper puts forward a kind of electromagnetic force and displacement characteristics test system based on stepper motor and MATLAB. The system consists of mounting bracket, sensors, data acquisition card and control, drawing program. The system uses computer for control and drawing, with high automatic degree and the results are accurate, provides for the electromagnet for valve type selection and test tools.
