摘要
基于对大学英语教师科研观调查数据的分析,笔者从教师的信念、动机及科研实践的视角探讨了"科研观"对大学英语教师专业化发展的影响。研究旨在激励大学英语教师反思专业化发展过程中"科研"的重要性,唤醒大学英语教师的科研意识,重新评价"科研"在大学外语教师专业化发展进程中的价值,助力大学英语教师的专业化发展进程。
By analyzing the data collected in the survey of college English teachers＇ views of research, the authors of this paper discuss the findings from the aspects of belief,motivation and practice of college English teachers in the Chinese EFI. teacher professional development. The purpose of the study is to arouse college English teachers＇ awareness of the importance of research, contribute to their reassessment of roles of research in the Chinese EFL teacher professional development, and seek possible effective development approaches.
