摘要
对部分600 MW机组的动叶可调轴流式一次风机进行了调研,分析后得知,对于一次风机存在选型偏大、电机容量与风机容量不匹配等问题.依据风机的设计规范,并考虑各煤种掺烧的普遍情况,对于一次风机选型的流量裕度可控制在30%~40%,电机功率可控制在约2 000 kW.从节能方面考虑,对于选型偏大、调峰范围较大机组的一次风机,可考虑进行变频改造.
According to the investigation of equipment code and practical operation state of primary air axial-fan with regulation of moving blades for some 600 MW power plants, the lectotype margin of those were larger, and the electric motor didn't match them well. And it was suggested that the rate of flow lectotype margin of primary air fan with regulation of moving blades shall be controlled between 300/oo and 400/oo. The power of motor shall be within 2 000 kW based on design specification and combustion of mixed coal. Besides, the frequency conversion retrofit was proposed for the primary air fan which of the rate of flow lectotype margin was larger.
