摘要
目的:探讨基于陆路的一种全程救治链模式,在整合各个救援"孤岛"形成全程救治链的基础上,构建大型移动医学救援装备体系。方法:依照全程救治链的要求,建设由现场轻型方舱、公路运输手术救护车、批量转运卫生列车重症监护车和双向交互的指挥决策平台所组成的救治链装备体系,最优化地衔接全程救治链中的各医疗单元。结果:通过装备研制和指挥调控,可最大程度地满足全程救治链中各环节对伤员的紧急救治的时效性,医学救援效果明显。结论:该装备体系有效解决了现有医学救援过程中暴露出的各医疗单元救援的"孤岛"问题,加强了应急医学救援支持,增强了应急医学救援的综合能力,提升了大型移动医学救援装备的研发和应用水平。
Objective To explore a mode of land-based whole treatment chain(WTC) to eliminate the isolated islands of rescue, and to establish a large mobile medical rescue equipment system. MolhodB The equipment system was composed of a field light shelter, a highway transport surgical ambulance, a railway transport ICU coach and an interactive command decision platform, which could link all the medical units involved in WTC effectively. Reeul The timeliness for casualty emergency treatment was improved for all the aspects of WTC. Conclusion The equipment system solves the problem of isolated medical units in the exist- ing medical rescue, and enhances the ability for emergency medical rescue. The development and application of large mobile medica] rescue equipment are promoted greatly.
