摘要
企业在要素市场和产品市场所面临的市场扭曲,很大程度上来源于信息不对称和沟通不畅。通过投入沟通费用,企业可以改善自身的信息披露状况,增进企业与银行、企业与政府部门的关联。这有助于企业更好地获得信贷资金,进而降低企业的融资成本,以及获取更为便利的出口条件,从而提高出口份额。首先本文理论模型指出了企业沟通费用投入和企业出口倾向之间的正向关系。其次,通过实证分析支持了企业出口行为与企业生产率正相关的观点,进一步,我们发现越是生产率低的企业,沟通费用对于企业出口倾向的影响越大。
The market distortions that the firms face in factor markets and product markets come from the information asymmetry and poor communication to a large extent. By investing communication cost,firms may improve their information disclosure,and promote their relationships with banks and governments,which can help them to better acquire credit loans,reduce credit costs,obtain more facilitative export conditions and increase export shares. This paper constructs a simple model to illustrate the positive correlation between firms' communication cost investment and its export propensity,and verifies the positive correlation between firm export behaviors and firm productivity by empirical analysis. The empirical results show that the lower firm productivity,the more impacts of communication cost on firm export propensity.
