摘要
医学检验本科生的临床实践过程对于培养合格检验师是十分重要的。中南大学湘雅医院检验科运用多种方法将对医学检验本科学生临床实习教学加以改进，探讨如何培养适合临床需要的检验人才，以期在临床实习阶段把学生培养成为具有一定临床综合思维能力和创新能力的优秀检验人才，效果显著。
Clinical practice of laboratory students is very important for cultivating qualified laboratory technicians. For impro- ving the teaching methods of clinical practice and discussing them for how to train qualified laboratory technicians,a variety of methods have been used by the department of Xiangya Hospital,which could develop a excellent laboratory technicians of comprehensive clinical thinking and innovation ability during clinical practice.
