摘要
目的:观察冠心病心绞痛应用补阳还五汤进行治疗的临床疗效。方法:将近期内笔者所在医院收治的150例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为A、B两组,其中A组73例患者实施常规西药治疗,B组77例患者在A组治疗基础上增加补阳还五汤进行治疗,并观察A、B两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗后,A、B两组总有效率分别为75.34%、94.81%,B组患者显著优于A组患者(P<0.05)。结论:临床面对冠心病心绞痛患者时,实施补阳还五汤进行治疗的疗效是显著的,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Buyanghuanwu Tang.Method：150 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital in the recent were randomly divided into A group（n=73） and B group（n=77）,A group was given routine western medicine treatment.On the basis of A group,B group was treated with Buyanghuanwu Tang,comparing the effect of two groups.Result：The total effective rate of A group was 75.34%,B group was 94.81%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Buyanghuanwu Tang is significant and worthy of clinical application.
