转底炉工艺处理印度铁矿石应用研究

摘要 以印度铁矿石和煤粉为主要原料,研究转底炉金属化球团工艺处理印度铁矿石的可行性,对含碳球团进行焙烧,考察配碳比、焙烧时间、焙烧温度对球团金属化率的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数,即C/O原子比为1.2、焙烧时间21min、焙烧温度为1225℃时,球团铁含量、金属化率分别达到85.1%、96.2%,此工艺参数满足转底炉高效还原的特点,适用于转底炉工艺,产品可直接用于电炉炼钢。 Using India iron ore and pulverized coal as raw materials,the feasibility of handling India iron ore through metallized pellets process using rotary hearth furnace is investigated.Metallized pellets were introduced to roasting process to examine the influences of roasting time,roasting temperature,coal amount on metallization rate,thus obtain the ideal control parameters.Results concluded that roasting temperature of 1 225 ℃,roasting time of 21min and n(C)/n(O) of 1.2 were the optimal control parameters,metallization rate reached 96.2%,whereas iron content of metallized pellets was 85.1% under these circumstances.These control parameters fulfilled the high reduction efficiency characteristic of rotary hearth furnace,thus,metallized pellets method is applicable in rotary hearth furnace,and products which obtained from this method can be introduced to steel making process of electric arc furnace.
