摘要
目的 观察护理干预对术后留置导尿管减轻尿路感染的控制效果.方法 选取内蒙古医科大学附属医院2010年3月～2013年3月收治的460例术后留置导尿管的患者,并随机分为两组,每组230例.对照组患者给予一般的护理干预,治疗组患者在一般护理的基础上应用全面护理干预措施,观察两组患者的尿路感染率、住院天数及临床满意度,并进行统计学分析.结果 治疗组护理工作满意率（87.4％）、护理干预的效果（95.7％）、患者尿路感染发生情况及出院时间均明显低于对照组护理工作满意率（73.0％）、护理干预的效果（62.6％）、患者尿路感染发生情况及出院时间,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）.结论 实施全面护理干预,预防尿路感染对于提高泌尿外科留置尿管患者有明显的临床效果,值得临床上推广应用.
Objective To observe the control effect of nursing intervention on postoperative indwelling catheter to reduce urinary tract infection.Methods 460 patients of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University with postoperative indwelling catheter,from March 2010 to March 2013,and they were selected and randomly divided into two groups,230 cases in the control group were treated with general nursing intervention,230 cases of patients were treated with comprehensive care interventions on the basis of general care,these were observed and analyzed with urinary tract infection,the number of days of hospitalization and clinical satisfaction.Results Nursing job satisfaction rate in treatment group （87.4%）,the effect of nursing interventions （95.7%）,and the incidence of urinary tract infectionin patients discharged from hospital were significantly lower than those in the control group of time nursing job satisfaction rate （73.0%）,nursing intervention effect （62.6%）,the incidence of urinary tract infections inpatients and discharge time （all P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,can improve the prevention of urinary tract infections in patients with indwelling catheter urological.It should be widely applied clinically.
