摘要
美国西部州际高等教育委员会从财政、升学与成才、技术与创新、劳动力与社会等四个方面概括了2011年的工作重点。通过解读这些工作重点,得到了一些促进我国区域高等教育合作的启示:努力实现区域内所有学生有学上、能上学、上好学;培养区域经济社会发展所需要的基础人才和急缺人才;节约资源,共享资源,为学生创造一个良好的学习环境;多方合作,促进人才培养;技术创新,运用现代技术加强管理和培养人才;以典型案例促进我国区域高等教育合作。
Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education in the United States summarizes the 2011 work emphasis in some aspects： finance , access ＆ success , technology ＆ innovation .By reading and understanding these emphasis , some enlightenment to develop regional cooperation in higher education of China was obtained , such as striving to achieve the opportunity to attend school , to afford and learn well in school in the region;training the basic and shortage talents for the development of regional economy;saving and sharing natural resources to cre-ate a favorable learning environment for the students;promoting multi-cooperation and talents training;promoting technological innovation and using modern technology to manage and train talents;and promoting regional coopera-tion in higher education of China with typical cases .
