摘要
从教育事业也要跨越式发展，壮大自身实力的认识为出发点，对近年来我系取得的较快发展进行了探讨回顾；我们认为，在教学规模进一步扩大的同时，教学质量的提高是教育事业较快发展和可持续发展的根本保证，教学的规范化管理是保证教学质量的重要手段，也是教育的可持续发展的基础。
This paper stresses that teaching quality is the guarant ee of the high -speed and continuing development of school education. Standardized management n ot only guarantees teaching quality but also lays foundation for the continuing development of education.
