摘要
为保护消费者利益,维护有机产品认证市场秩序,切实加强对有机产品认证活动的规范管理,国家质检总局发布经过修订后的《有机产品认证管理办法》即155号令,并于2014年4月1日起施行。新《办法》的发布标志着我国统一的有机产品认证制度完成了升级换代,将对规范有机产品认证活动,提高有机产品质量,保护消费者合法权益,促进生态环境保护和可持续发展发挥积极作用。本文就新的有机产品认证管理办法出台的背景、主要内容和特点作一介绍。
To protect the interests of consumers, maintain market order of organic products certification, and firmly strengthen the standardized management of organic products certification activities, the General Administration of Quality, Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People＇s Republic of China （AQSIQ） issued the revised Management Measures on Organic Products Certification that is Decree No.155, which will put into implementation on April 1st, 2014.The release of the new Measures marks that our country＇s unified organic products certification system have completed the upgrade, and it will play an active role in regulating organic products certification activities, improving the quality of organic products, protecting consumers＇ legitimate rights and interests, as well as promoting environmental protection and sustainable development. The article makes some introduction to the background, main contents and characteristics of the new Measures.
