摘要 根据试验研究和流体动力学基本原理 ,对原有的喷油过程计算模型进行了改进 ,考虑了喷油过程中燃油流动的节流 ,柱塞、针阀偶件间的泄漏以及压力波传播中声速的变化等诸多液力作用的影响 ,使计算模型进一步精确化。计算结果表明 :修改后的模型计算精度较高 ,对不同转速工况的计算结果与试验有较好的吻合 ;能较准确地表达喷油过程压力波主喷射后的反射余波 。 WT5”BZ] In the course of pumping fuel of in line injection pump,there exists throttling function and leakage between plunger and barrel in the inlet and spill port of plunger coverings.Along with continuous increasing of injection pressure,the effect of the hydraulic function on the process of pumping fuel becomes apparent.According to experimental research and fundamental principles analysis of hydraulic dynamics,the previous calculation model of fuel injection process is improved.With consideration of hydraulic effects such as the throttle of fuel flow in the fuel injection process,leakage from plunger and needle couple and variation of sound speeds during the transmission of pressure wave and so on,the precision of the calculation model is improved.The results show that (a) the calculation precision has been improved,i.e,calculations of working condition of different speeds fit the experiment results well;(b) the reflected repercussions of pressure wave in the fuel injection process after the prime injection can be conveyed precisely.The model can meet the requirement of practical engineering.
