摘要
目的探讨胰岛素对糖尿病高糖危象患者的细胞黏附因子及氧化应激的影响,并讨论两者之间的关系。方法选择本院内分泌科收治的92例糖尿病高糖危象患者为治疗组,以87例健康体检人作为对照组。结果治疗组血糖、白细胞计数、丙二醛(MDA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)和血清超氧化歧化酶(SOD)水平比对照组有明显升高。经胰岛素药物治疗后,这些指标均较治疗前具有明显改善,存在统计学意义。结论氧化应激与细胞黏附因子变化的变化,对于改善糖尿病高糖危象预后,具有非常重要的作用。
Objective To explore the influence of insulin on the oxidative stress and cellular adhesion molecule (CAM) changes in the diabetic patients with hyperglycemia crisis and analyze the relationship between oxidative stress and CAM. Methods 92 diabetic patients with hyperglycemia crisis were designed as treatment group , and 87 healthy people were designed as the control group. Results Blood glucose, white blood cell count, malondialdehyde (MI)A), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Oxidative stress and CAM changes play an important role in ameliorating the prognosis of hyperglycemia crisis in patients with diabetes.
