摘要
为了纺制出风格特异,质量能达到客户要求的段彩纱,生产实践中要处处留意。文章介绍段彩纱的纺纱原理、布面效果、工艺优化、配棉要求等,为了避免色差和达到来样布面风格,生产过程中应特别注意粗纱捻度、细纱钢丝圈的运用、前罗拉速度的一致性以及基纱、饰纱需平行喂入等事项。
To spin segment color yarn with peculiar style and a quality meeting customer requirements, attention should be paid everywhere in production practice. This paper introduces the spinning principle, cloth cover effect, process optimization and cotton assorting requirement of segment color yarn. To avoid chromatic aberration and realize the cloth cover style of the sample, special attention should be paid to the degree of twist of thick yarn, application of bead ring of fine yarn, consistency of speed of front roller and parallel feeding of base yarn and decoration yarn in the production process.
