摘要
苏州市在轨道交通前2期工程规划建设过程中积累了一定的经验,同时也存在一些有待完善的问题。为了在未来轨道交通规划建设中扬长避短,使轨道交通建设与交通需求、城市发展更好地配合,有必要对轨道交通前2期工程所积累的经验进行总结,对存在的问题进行反思。通过回顾苏州市轨道交通规划建设的发展历程,总结苏州市轨道交通在管理体制、公交一体化、线网资源共享、征地拆迁、质量控制和工程安全等方面的可贵经验;针对城市轨道交通规划控制和沿线用地配套等有待完善的方面,结合实践经验提出完善用地控制体系和设计技术体系等合理化建议。
Suzhou has accumulated some experience from the planning and construction of Phase I and Phase II projects of Suzhou rail transit works, however, Suzhou also faces some problems to be solved. In order to achieve better planning and construction of rail transit works in the future, it is necessary to summarize the experience accumulated in the plan- ning and construction of Phase I and Phase II projects of Suzhou rail transit works. In the paper, the development of the planning and construction of Suzhou rail transit works is reviewed, and the experience in the management system, public transport integration, network resource sharing, land acquisition and demolition, quality control and engineering safety of Suzhou rail transit works is summarized. Furthermore, proposals are made on the land control system and design system.
