北一区断东二、三类油层三次采油前综合挖潜试验 被引量:3

TESTS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE POTENTIAL TAPPING BEFORE THE TERTIARY RECOVERY OF TYPE Ⅱ AND TYPE Ⅲ OIL RESERVOIRS IN EAST FAULT OF BLOCK BEIYI

摘要 在研究北一区断东二、三类油层砂体发育特征及剩余油分布状况的基础上,通过实施细分注水、注水井调剖等方法进行了三次采油前水驱综合挖潜试验.采收率预测结果表明,水驱综合挖潜提高采收率6%以上,比方案设计高出3%.试验区二类油层与工业区二类油层空白阶段对比及同井数日注水量、日产水量进行对比,少注水50%、少产水50%,见到较好的控水、控液效果.从试验区加密调整对原水驱贡献看,三类油层加密后产能提高近一倍,二类油层加密后产能又提高一倍以上.经济评价表明,试验区测算销售收入为11.98×10^8元人民币,总操作成本为2.44×10^8元,可获得利润为9.54×10^8元. On the bases of the studies on sandbody development characteristics and remained oil distribution of Type Ⅱ and Ⅲ oil reservoirs in East Fault of Block Beiyi, the tests of waterflooding comprehensive potential tapping before the tertiary recovery are conducted by finely-divided water injection, profile control of the water injectors and so forth. The predicted results of the recovery show that the enhanced recovery of waterflooding comprehensive po- tential tapping has reached more than 6%, higher 3% than that of the program design. The comparisons between Type H oil reservoirs and industrial region at the blank stage and the contrasts of the daily water injection and pro- duction for the same well number are engaged, both water injection and production are reduced to 50%, thus much better effects of water and liquid controls are achieved. From the contributions of the infilling adjustment to the original waterflooding after the infilling, the productivity of Type Ⅲoil reservoirs is enhanced nearly one time, the productivity of Type Ⅱ oil reservoirs is once more increased one time or above. The economic evaluation showsthat the predicted sale income for the test area is 11.98×10^8 Yuan RMB, the total operation cost is 2.44×10^8 Yuan RMB and the profitable amount is up to 9.54×10^8yuan RMB.
