摘要
目的：了解泸州市城郊小学4～6年级学生心理健康状况。方法：采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取两所城郊小学507名学生，以《心理健康诊断测验表》（MHT）为测评工具，对其进行心理健康问卷调查，从心理健康问题检出率、性别差异、年级差异方面分析其心理健康状况。结果：泸州市城郊小学4～6年级学生心理健康问题总分检出率为7．19％，至少有1项焦虑异常的检出率为13．50％，各内容量表中恐怖倾向、冲动倾向、身体症状的检出率居于前三位；5年级在总体焦虑情况、学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向方面均比4年级严重；5年级的对人焦虑和过敏倾向比6年级表现得更为明显；6年级的总分、学习焦虑和自责倾向得分显著高于4年级；女生的恐怖倾向高于男生。结论：泸州市城郊小学4～6年级学生心理健康状况异常检出率略高于国内大多数文献的调查结果，需要对其原因进行进一步的探索，采取相应措施改善现状，促进该地城郊小学生心理健康的发展。
Objective： To learn the 4~6 grade students＇ mental healthy status of Luzhou suburban elementary school. Methods：507 students of two suburban elementary schools were selected by stratified cluster random sampling, and questionnaire with＂Mental Health Test Table＂（MHT） as assessment tools to analyzing their mental health status from the detection rate of mental health problems, gender differences and grades differences. Results： Mental health problems of these students out of the detection rate of 7. 19% ; at least one anxiety disorder was detected in 13. 50% ; the terrorist tendencies, impulsivity and physical symptoms are the top three living in the detection rate of MHT. The fifth graders in general anxiety, academic anxiety, human anxiety, loneliness tendency, self-blame orientation, physical symptoms, terrorist tendencies, impulsivity aspects are more severe than fourth graders; the fifth graders have more obvious anxie- ty disorders in man and allergic for tendencies than the sixth graders;sixth graders＇ scores, learning anxiety and remorse propensity are significantly higher than the fourth graders;the girls＇ terror tendency is higher than boys. Conclusion： The 4-6 grade students＇ mental healthy abnormal detection rate of Luzhou suburban elementary school is slightly higher than most domestic literature findings, it need a further exploration of its causes and take appropriate measures to improve the situation, promoting the development of these suburban pupils＂ mental health.
