摘要
设计了一个利用超级电容实现新能源汽车快速充电的系统。该系统能自适应各类电池自身充电曲线,通过先对超级电容快速充电(2 min以内充满),再由超级电容向电池缓慢充电、换能实现能量转换。该系统具有高功率输出、快速充电、延长使用寿命等优点。系统前级采用恒功率法给超级电容快速充电,后级采用开关电源芯片LM2596和LM2587,以STM32F103RC为控制核心,利用PID调节进行输出电压、电流微调,实现超级电容向电池以最佳充电曲线方式充电,电压、电流稳定,精确度高。全程对两级电量进行测量,主要利用卡尔曼滤波算法计算电量,并通过计算出的电量值进行反馈调节。
This paper aims tor. This system adapts to to design a fast charging every kind of batteries c system of new energy vehicles with super capaci- harging curve and realizes method of the energy conversion by fast charging super capacitor (full charge in 2 minutes) and charging battery from super capacitor slowly. The features of this system are high output power, fast charging and extending useful life. The first stage of charging system uses constant power to charge super capacitor fast. The second stage realizes the super capacitor charges battery in optimum charging curve method with switching power supply chip LM2596 and LM2587, taking STM32 as core control and using PID regulation to adjust output voltage and current. In the whole process, the energy of these two stages is measured by caiman filtering algorithm to compute power and fed back regulation by the calculated value of elec- tricity.
