Mechanical Tube Expanding Process Analysis of Radiator Pipe and Fin

摘要 运用弹塑性理论计算,探究了机械胀管时胀头的过盈量和紧固力(紧固效果)的关系,并运用有限元分析软件deform-3D对机械胀管过程进行数值模拟,最后验证了理论计算结果。结果表明:该理论模型可行,优化了胀头的工艺参数,降低了成形力,确保了成形质量,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。 Through plastic theory, this study explored the relationship between the amount of interfer- ence, clamping force ( tightening effect) and the heat pipe axial force about the expansion of the me- chanical expander head. Then the theoretical result can be obtained by computer simulation on finite element analysis software deform-3D. Theoretical results indicate that the theoretical model is feasi- ble. The technological parameters of expansion head are optimized and the forming force is reduced, which ensure the quality of forming and provide the leading significance for actual production.
