摘要
弹性粘接技术在交通运输行业应用广泛,但国内关于其在高速动车组上的应用研究才刚起步,目前主要沿用的是引进高速动车组时的粘接体系。以聚氨酯胶黏剂在高速动车组上的成功应用为例,介绍了弹性粘接技术的概念及其材料的特点,总结了弹性粘接接头的设计思路和设计方法。
The elastic bonding technology is widely applied in thc transport sector,which currently follows the bonding system of the imported high-speed EMU,but the research on high-speed EMU in China is just started.By taking the successful application of polyurethane adhesive in highspeed EMU as an example,the concept of elastic bonding technology and characteristics of elastic adhesive material are mainly introduced,the design ideas and methods of elastic adhesive joint are also summarized.This research will lay a foundation for the design concept and methods in wide-range application of elastic bonding technology in future.
