摘要
随着我国现代化建设的开展,工业化、城镇化进程加快,景观生态环境形势严峻,景观格局不稳定,生态系统受到威胁,环境功能日益退化。因此,加强景观生态环境保护规划是实现可持续发展的必由之路。围绕国家城乡统筹全面发展与新农村建设的方针政策,在村镇建设用地再开发的背景下,概述了景观生态环境保护规划国内外的研究进展,从法律法规体系和理论方法研究两方面进行比较分析,结合我国国情,提出值得我国借鉴的经验,为将来开展更深入的研究作准备。
As the the rapid development of modern construction, industrialization and urbanization, landscape ecological environment is threatened, landscape is unstable, ecosystem is threatened, environmental function is degraded. Therefore, enhancing the landscape ecological environmental planning is the way to achieve sustainable development. Around the policy of comprehensive development of urban and rural new rural construction, on the premise of redevelopment of rural construction land, this paper outlined the research of landscape ecological environmental planning at home and abroad, compared domestic legal system and theoretical methods with aboard. Finally, this paper affered experience combined with national conditions, in order to prepare for future research.
