摘要
近年来,城市内涝问题日益严重,为了全面细致地评估城市区域除涝能力,针对感潮河网地区提出了一种结合水文水动力模型和GIS技术空间分析的方法,根据实测的地形、地理及水文等相关数据,采用河网水文水动力模型模拟研究区域内河网水流运动,并对模型计算结果进行空间化处理,以栅格DEM为核心处理对象,在ArcGIS平台上组建空间分析模型,统计区域内各个水位等级下可能的受涝面积。应用该方法对上海市14个水利片分别进行区域除涝能力评估,以嘉宝北片的评估为例,其结果详细、客观,可为上海市区域防洪除涝规划提供参考依据。
Recently, urban water logging disaster is increasingly serious. To assess urban zonal water logging control comprehensively and informatively, this paper proposes a new method combining with the hydro hydrodynamic model and GIS spatial analysis technology in tidal network region. Based on topography map and observed hydrological data, the water movement is simulated by the hydro-hydrodynamic model, whose results is spatialized to obtain the DEM in the grid format. Then, using ArcGIS, a spatial analysis model is built to measure the zonal potential water logging area at differ ent water levels. The method is used to assess water logging control of 14 water conservation zones in Shanghai City. Taking Jiabao northern zone for an example, the objective assessment is detailed and it provides reference for further plan ning of regional flood and water logging control in Shanghai City.
