摘要
不定形耐火材料经常作为工业窑炉和热工设备的内衬使用,同定形的耐火材料相比,更适宜对复杂构型的衬体进行施工和修补。文章根据近年来有关不定形耐火材料中的喷涂料、浇注料和可塑料在施工技术上的最新研究成果,阐述了喷涂料的湿法喷涂及促凝技术,浇注料的低温施工和高温施工及减水剂的应用,可塑料的低温施工及喷涂技术等不定形耐火材料在施工技术方面取得的研究进展;展望了喷涂料、浇注料和可塑料在施工技术方面的发展趋势。
Monolithic refractory is used as the lining material of industrial furnace and thermal equipment.Compared with shaped refractory,the construction and repair of monolithic refractory is fit for the irregularly shaped linings.According to the newest investigated results of gunning mix,castable and plastic refractory which belongs to monolithic refractories about construction technology in recent years,the paper discusses the research progress in construction technology of wet gunning mix and accelerant technology of gunning mix,low temperature construction,high temperature construction and water reducer of castable,low temperature construction and gunning technology of plastic refractory,and introduces the prospect of development trend of construction technology of gunning mix,castable and plastic refractory.
