摘要
医学专科教育是职业教育的一个特殊层次.要解决医学专科毕业生“下得去”的问题,必须依靠社会、学校、行业三方面的通力配合.学校方面不应当被动地依靠社会和行业,而应当主动采取措施,创新机制方法,积极适应社会、行业和农村基层卫生岗位需求,多途径、立体化开展就业工作,更好地促进毕业生到农村基层医疗卫生岗位就业.
Vocational education is a special level in medical professional education.In order to spur the medical college graduates to work in grassroots units,the concerted effort that made by the society,colleges and industry is required.The colleges should not passively rely on the society and industry,but should take active measures initiatively,find out the reasons,work out new strategies and adapt to the demand which from the society,industry and rural health posts.The colleges should also promote more and more graduates to work in the rural health posts in every possible way.
