摘要
目的观察葛根素对糖尿病大鼠视网膜病变的保护作用。方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型,分为空白对照组、糖尿病组和糖尿病葛根素干预组,在不同时期进行HE染色和电镜观察。结果 HE染色和电镜观察可以发现糖尿病大鼠在早期即可出现视网膜病变,而葛根素干预组改变轻微。结论葛根素能够保护糖尿病大鼠的视网膜,延缓糖尿病大鼠视网膜病变的发展。
Objective To observe the conservation of puerarin in the retina of diabetic rats. Methods Establishing the diabetic reti- nopathy rat model, randomly dividing the rats into normal group, diabetic group and diabetie with puerarin injection group, and observing the HE staining and electron microscopy at different times. Results HE staining and electron microscopy of diabetic rats indicated that there was diabetic retinopathy in the early stage,and in the diabetic model with puerarin injection group changed slightly. Conclusion Puerarin can protect the retina of diabetic rats, and delay the diabetic retinopathy process.
