摘要
近年来,中国的南方电网地区一些变电站SF6电压、电流互感器的液体硅橡胶绝缘护套出现龟裂老化现象,这一现象的出现会导致护套表面变白,粉化,硬度上升,受到外力后出现不可恢复的裂纹,并且憎水性和耐漏电起痕性能大大下降。对发生老化的液体硅橡胶材料进行了试验研究和分析,并选取不同老化程度的液体硅橡胶材料进行了X射线衍射分析、X射线光电子能谱分析等手段研究了其微观结构和物质组成的变化。研究发现老化后的硅橡胶表面结构和官能团发生了明显变化,Si—C键减少,C元素相对含量下降,O元素相对含量增加,体系交联度上升并且观察到了晶体结构。这一研究为液体硅橡胶绝缘护套的老化机制和老化程度的评估提供了依据,同时也为互感器伞套的修复补强以及防老化措施建立了基础。
In recent years, some composite hollow core insulators(liquid silicone rubber, LSR) of current transformers used in China Southern Power Grid have showed different levels of degradation. The phenomena caused chalking, color change, increase of hardness and irreversible crack after exerting forces. Experiments showed that the hydrophobicity and tracking and erosion resistance of the liquid silicone rubber declined significantly. In this paper, some tests and experiments have been carried out on silicone rubber samples of different degrees of ageing. Micro analysis methods like X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis were used to study the change of micro structure of LSR. It is found that the structure and functional groups of the aged surface have changed a lot, the relative content of Si-C bond and C element decreases while that of O element increases. Crystal structure was observed in aged LSR samples. This research provides theoretical basis for the degradation mechanism and ageing assessment study as well as the repair and reinforcement and anti-aging process of the LSR hollow core composite insulator.
