摘要 前言国内外有关UO<sub>2</sub>中金属杂质的分析方法,除用化学法及原子吸收法单独测定一些单个杂质元素外,主要是采用一般电弧或火花光源激发的载体分馏发射光谱法,或化学光谱法。近年来随着ICP光源的发展,国内外已逐步开展了用ICP—AES法测定铀化合物中杂质元素的研究。从分离方法看,国外多采用萃取法,而国内近年来多采用萃取色层法。 A method for determination of Al、Ca、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Mo、Ni、Pb、Sn、Ti、V and Zn in uranium dioxide is described by ICP-AES. The sample charged into the TBP levextrel resin chromatographic column was separated at a flow rate of 0.6ml/min with 3mol/L HNO_3 as medium. Uranium is absorbed on the chromatographic column while the 16 impurity elements remain in the effluent solution. Using Jarrell-Ash Model 975 ICP direct reading spectrometer determines 16 trace elements in the effluent solution. Their determination limits come between 0.02 and 1.6μg/g. The 16 elements have a recovery ratio of 95%—109%. The relative standard deviation is less than ±15%. The analytical results obtained for 16 elements in U_3O_8 are in agreement with the standard values was achieved. This method can be applied to the routine analysis in uranium compounds.
